How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Please note that uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your active subscription.
Does Hushh work offline?
Yes. Once you've downloaded the app, all sound libraries and guided exercises are available completely offline so you can find relief anywhere, anytime.
Is my wellness data private?
Absolutely. We take your privacy very seriously. We only securely sync necessary data with Apple Health if you explicitly grant permission. You can revoke this anytime from your settings.
How do I perform the Epley Maneuver?
Ensure you are in a safe, quiet space with plenty of room to lay back. Start the Epley guide from your dashboard and simply follow the on-screen and voice prompts carefully.
